I. What is the BBMG Privilege Card?

A Bisita Be My Guest Privilege Card (BBMG PC) is provided to sponsors and invitees to earn discounts, special rates and incentives from DOT accredited tourism enterprises upon presentation of the card.  The BBMG Privilege Card may also be provided to other tourists in destination gateways during the campaign period.

II. Who may avail the BBMG Privilege Card?

1. Sponsor
   • Overseas Filipino Workers
   • Filipinos with dual citizenship living in the Philippines or abroad as residents, of legal age;
   • Filipinos of legal age.
2. Invitees
   • Anyone holding a foreign (non-Filipino) passport of legal age, and has traveled to the Philippines during the period January 01, 2023 – November 30, 2024.
   • Any Filipino holding dual citizenship living abroad for a minimum of six (6) months prior to the campaign, of legal age, and has traveled to the Philippines during the specified period of time.
3. Foreign tourists visiting tourist destinations and domestic tourists visiting outside their region.

III. Who are excluded?

All employees of DOT, attached agencies, partner agencies, and the sponsor company are disqualified from availing the privilege card.

IV. General Mechanics

1. The BBMG Privilege Card (PC) entitles tourists or guests to discounts, special rates and incentives offered by participating DOT Accredited Enterprises in identified vacation destinations and main gateways.
2. The cardholder must present the BBMG Privilege card to avail discounts or exclusive/ special offers from participating accredited tourism enterprises.
3. Sponsors and invitees who register on the BBMG microsite will receive a virtual BBMG Privilege Card that they can use to avail discounts or exclusive/ special offers during their visit to the Philippines within the campaign period.
4. Domestic Tourists traveling to destinations outside their region of origin are likewise eligible for a BBMG PC. Registration is available online or at at BBMG Information Counters in main gateways nationwide.
5. The privilege card’s use is valid only from the date of issuance until November 2024, and cannot be carried forward beyond its validity period.
6. The card is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount cards and other promotions, unless otherwise provided.

V. Where can you get the Privilege Card?

For SPONSORS/INVITEES:

1. Sponsors who successfully complete their registration on the BBMG website will be able to download a virtual BBMG Privilege Card that they can present at participating accredited entities.
2. Invitees who click on the Sponsor’s unique referral link will be taken to a registration page that will allow them to register for the virtual BBMG Privilege Card that they can download and present at participating accredited entities.
3. The virtual Privilege Card should show the name of the Sponsor/Invitee and Privilege Card number.
4. The virtual Privilege Card will function the same as the physical card.

For DOMESTIC TOURISTS:

1. Domestic tourists are eligible for a BBMG PC when they travel to destinations outside their region of origin.
2. Domestic tourists may sign up for a virtual BBMG PC here or get a physical BBMG PC at BBMG Assistance Desks.
3. For virtual BBMG PC, domestic tourists must provide the following information at the registration page:
   a. Name
   b. Email address
   c. City/Province and region of origin
   d. I hereby declare that I am not an employee from DOT and its partner agencies.
4. After completing registration, they will be able to view and save their virtual BBMG PC.
5. To get a physical BBMG PC, domestic tourists may sign up/register for the BBMG Privilege Card using the QR code that will be displayed prominently at BBMG Assistance Counters located at destination gateways or via the onsite sign up counters (if available).
6. The QR code will link to a registration form where they will be required to input the following information:
   a. Name
   b. City/Province and region of origin
   c. Declaration that they are not an employee from DOT and its partner agencies.
7. Upon registration, they will be required to present a valid government issued ID with picture and signature to the BBMG Assistance Counter personnel for verification.
8. The BBMG representative shall retrieve the registration and encode the corresponding BBMG PC No. that will be provided to the tourist.
9. The tourist can now claim the physical BBMG Privilege Card from the BBMG Assistance Counter.
